M. A. Williams Properties was started in the mid-nineties by its founder Mark Williams. Mark is a native of Kentucky, a graduate and former professor of accounting at Western Kentucky University, and has lived in Bowling Green for the past 40 years. He started Williams Properties after spending many years running a commercial roofing business. The early projects of M. A. Williams Properties included construction in residential sub-divisions and commercial strip-centers. Since these early projects, Williams Properties has grown to include many different types of real estate construction including multi-family housing, office buildings, self storage facilities and a variety of commercial strip centers.

 

M. A. Williams Properties has at the same time built a strong management team that can handle a variety of projects. Currently M. A. Williams Properties manages over 350,000 square feet of retail properties.  M. A. Williams Properties also manages over 150 apartment units and a variety of other residential and commercial properties.

The staff at M. A. Williams Properties has a diverse background that can bring many different perspectives to any project or venture. The variety of backgrounds includes leasing, finance, construction, and management.
